Glass Bridge 4,000 feet above the Colorado River
Glass Bridge will be suspended 4,000 feet above the Colorado River on the very edge of the Grand Canyon . On May 2005, the final test was conducted and the structure passed engineering requirements by 400 percent, enabling it to withstand the weight of 71 fully loaded Boeing 747 airplanes (more that 71 million pounds). The bridge will be able to sustain winds in excess of 100 miles per hour from 8 different directions, as well as an 8.0 magnitude earthquake within 50 miles. More than one million pounds of steel will go into the construction of the Grand Canyon SkyWalk.
The World's Smallest Living Dogs
The three-year-old short-coat chihuahua, whose head is the size of a large strawberry, has been named the smallest living dog in the world by Guinness World Records.
Another slightly more bigger than above one....
At slightly more than a year old, Boo Boo, a long coat Chihuahua, measuring 4 inches tall and weighing at 1.5 pounds is the new title holder for the world's smallest living dog in height, according to the Guinness Book of World Records.
She defeated Ducky, a smooth coat Chihuahua measuring 4.9 inches in height. According to her owner Mrs. Lana Elswick of Raceland, KY, Boo Boo was fed with an eye dropper every 2 hours, when she was born, and weighed just 1 ounce..
Dinner in the Sky
Based in Belgium, the restaurant is entirely mobile to most of Europe at a golf course, race track, castle, vineyard, historical site, anywhere there is a surface of approximately 1600 square feet (500 meters) that can be secured. Of course, authorization by the owner is required. While it may not be a mile high, it certainly could seem so when you're dining at more than 150 feet (50 meters) in midair suspended by a crane with nothing between you and the ground but a small platform beneath your feet, and a seatbelt to keep you strapped in.While it sounds completely batty, Dinner in the Sky is becoming the latest must-have dining experience for the Uber rich. For a mere $12,000 US and up, you can create your own grub a la high with breathtaking scenery dining at your private portable table designed to seat 22. Reviewers say forget about chatting with your neighbor the winds at 150 feet make quiet conversation near impossible, so you better be prepared to yell.
Breakfast in the sky, lunch in the sky, cocktails in the sky, meeting in the sky the only limit to the maximum 8 hour experience is your imagination. Dinner in the Sky can include a 2nd crane with platform or more if desired for entertainment such as music to heighten your magical moments even further, or presentations like a car.
The table is about 30 by 16 feet (9 by 5 meters), weighs a whopping 11,000 pounds (5,000 kilos), and can be rotated 180 degrees.

Perfection
In the picture, just look at their condition..
No place to sleep, still they have made some space for birds, hen, cat and dog.....
etc water poring from the roof..
but still each 1 of them have a peaceful smile on their face..
Simply amazing!!!!!
The happiest people in the world
are not those who have no problems,
but those who learn to
live with things that are less than perfect...
Keep smiling & enjoy your life!!

Phenomenal Wonders of The Natural World
The Sailing Stone
The mysterious moving stones of the packed-mud desert of Death Valley have been a center of scientific controversy for decades. Rocks weighing up to hundreds of pounds
have been known to move up to hundreds of yards at a time. Some scientists have proposed
that a combination of strong winds and surface ice account for these movements.
However, this theory does not explain evidence of
different rocks starting side by side
and moving at different rates and in disparate directions.

However, this theory does not explain evidence of
different rocks starting side by side
and moving at different rates and in disparate directions.
Moreover, the physics calculations do not fully support this theory
as wind speeds of hundreds of miles per hour
would be needed to move some of the stones.

Columnar Basalt
When a thick lava flow cools, it contracts vertically but cracks perpendicular to its directional flow with remarkable geometric regularity- in most cases forming a regular grid of remarkable hexagonal extrusions that almost appear to be made by man. One of the most famous such examples is the Giant's Causeway on the coast of Ireland, though the largest and most widely recognized would be Devil's Tower in Wyoming. Basalt also forms different but equally fascinating ways when eruptions are exposed to air or water.

Blue Holes
Blue holes are giant and sudden drops in underwater elevation that get their name from the dark and foreboding blue tone they exhibit when viewed from above in relationship to surrounding waters. They can be hundreds of feet deep and while divers are able to explore some of them they are largely devoid of oxygen that would support sea life due to poor water circulation - leaving them eerily empty. Some blue holes, however, contain ancient fossil remains that have been discovered, preserved in their depths.

Like light pillars, sundogs are the product of light passing through crystals. The particular shape and orientation of the crystals can have a drastic visual impact for the viewer, producing a longer tail and changing the range of colors one sees. The relative height of the sun in the sky shifts the distance the sundogs appear to be on either side of the sun. Varying climactic conditions on other planets in our solar system produce halos with up to four sundogs from those planets' perspectives. Sundogs have been speculated about and discussed since ancient times and written records describing the various attributes of our sun date back the Egyptians and Greeks.
